Today we’re excited to announce a few upgrades to the Healthy Bytes Platform claim status pages! Based on your feedback (thank you), we refreshed the pages to include more search filters and additional claim status details for each claim. Both upgrades give you improved search functionality and information as to where your claim is in the filing process - in real-time!
Want to take a look? First, here is a screenshot of your claim status page:
On this searchable page, you'll see a list of all the claims you've entered into the Healthy Bytes billing system. You’re able to sort and use the current plus the new filters (more on these below) on this landing page.
Don’t forget that by default you’ll only see your ten most recent claims. To view older ones, use the controls at the bottom right of the page to flip through additional pages.
Using the Filters
The new filters on the claim status page were designed to highlight the most relevant information for a claim. You can now filter by a claim’s Status, Date of Service, Insurance Company and Dietitian.
A few tips you’ll find helpful:
You can view claim history for specific clients using the Search box (remember to press <Enter> after changing text). You can put in a client’s first or last name.
If you’re an administrator for multiple dietitians, the Dietitian filter will enable you to view claims by provider.
Using the filters is optional—use as many as you like, or none at all.

Claim Statuses, Explained
So that you can quickly review and understand what’s going on with each of your claims, Healthy Bytes has assigned each claim a status: Approved, Completed, Deductible, Denied, Enrollment, More Info, Processing or Reprocessing.
Here’s what this means for you:
Approved, Completed, Deductible and Denied claims have completed their reimbursement process and can be considered finalized. (Woo!)
Enrollment, Processing and Reprocessing claims are still being worked on by either the Healthy Bytes team or by the insurance company.
More Info claims are waiting on your input before they can be resolved.
By clicking on the status of a specific claim (that’s the pink text, in the Claim Status column!), you can view more claim details and any notes left for you by the team. This is also where you can submit information to Healthy Bytes for claims that have a status of More Info.
