When you use certain Healthy Bytes Services, such as the discussion boards or public forums, the Information you share is visible to any Visitor or Member and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the Information you choose to submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a public posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features. We cannot control the comments that you may receive while you participate in these services. Our Policy Regarding Children
Healthy Bytes does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Health Data Privacy Our Members are healthcare providers and some of our Visitors are patients, therefore complying with HIPAA is paramount to Healthy Bytes. Healthy Bytes acknowledges its obligation as a Business Associate of the Customer, as defined by HIPAA. Healthy Bytes and Customer shall enter into the Healthy Bytes Business Associate Agreement upon request of the Customer.
